Honda has opened bookings for the Elevate facelift at ₹21,000 ahead of its 6 October launch, with a bolder grille, a connected tail lamp and extra features expected.

Honda's Big Festive Bet on the Elevate

Honda Cars India has opened bookings for the updated Elevate at a token ₹21,000, with the launch confirmed for 6 October 2026. India will be the first market in the world to get the refreshed SUV, a signal of how important the model is to Honda's India plans. The current Elevate is priced between ₹11.81 lakh and ₹16.98 lakh, ex-showroom, and a modest price rise is expected at launch.

The most visible change is at the front, where a gloss-black honeycomb grille, a connected light bar and a repositioned Honda badge give the SUV a more upright look. At the rear, a proper connected LED tail lamp replaces the dummy strip on the current car. Inside, expect an updated infotainment system, fresh upholstery, ventilated front seats and a power-adjustable driver seat. You can compare the Elevate with its rivals.

Honda has shelved earlier plans for a hybrid or electric Elevate, so the SUV carries on with the familiar 1.5-litre petrol engine and a choice of manual or CVT. On safety, the current car's Level 2 ADAS suite, six airbags and 360-degree camera are expected to continue, with front parking sensors likely to be added. Note: the image shown is the current-generation Elevate, as the facelifted model has not been fully revealed yet.

What this means for you: the Elevate's appeal has always been its spacious cabin and strong value in the midsize SUV pack, and the facelift sharpens its styling and feature list without changing the proven mechanicals. If you were considering a Creta, Seltos or Grand Vitara, this updated Elevate deserves a fresh look, especially if you value rear-seat space and Honda's reliability.

Finally Elevate will Now ELEVATE more !
