Maruti Suzuki has raised prices of select Ertiga variants by up to Rs 10,000 in October 2026, with the MPV now priced from Rs 8.90 lakh to Rs 13.14 lakh.
Maruti Suzuki has increased the prices of select Maruti Suzuki Ertiga variants in October 2026, with the sharpest hike of Rs 10,000 landing on the top-spec ZXi+ petrol variants. The revision follows the company's broader price adjustment across models including the XL6, Jimny, Fronx, Invicto and Victoris. After the change, the Ertiga is priced from Rs 8.90 lakh to Rs 13.14 lakh ex-showroom.
Importantly, this is not a blanket increase. The entry-level LXi, the popular VXi and the mid-spec ZXi petrol variants all hold their old prices, as do the VXi and ZXi CNG versions. Buyers on a budget can still buy the Ertiga at last month's price.
The ZXi+ petrol manual now costs Rs 11.79 lakh, up from Rs 11.69 lakh, while the ZXi+ petrol automatic moves from Rs 13.04 lakh to Rs 13.14 lakh. The Tour M petrol manual and Tour M CNG manual variants, aimed at fleet operators, went up by Rs 2,500 each.
| Ertiga variant | Old price | Hike | New price |
|---|---|---|---|
| LXi Petrol MT | Rs 8.90 lakh | No change | Rs 8.90 lakh |
| VXi Petrol MT | Rs 9.95 lakh | No change | Rs 9.95 lakh |
| ZXi Petrol MT | Rs 11.02 lakh | No change | Rs 11.02 lakh |
| ZXi+ Petrol MT | Rs 11.69 lakh | Rs 10,000 | Rs 11.79 lakh |
| ZXi+ Petrol AT | Rs 13.04 lakh | Rs 10,000 | Rs 13.14 lakh |
| Tour M CNG MT | Rs 10.91 lakh | Rs 2,500 | Rs 10.93 lakh |
The Ertiga runs a 1.5-litre K15C four-cylinder petrol engine producing 101.64 bhp and 136.8 Nm, paired with a five-speed manual or a six-speed torque-converter automatic. A factory-fitted CNG option is available, but only with the manual gearbox.
The timing is telling. The Ertiga dispatched 16,911 units in September 2026, against 12,115 in September 2025, a jump of about 39.6 percent. Strong demand gives a manufacturer room to nudge prices on its most feature-rich trims, and Maruti has done exactly that while protecting the value variants. The MPV's three rows, low running costs and factory CNG option keep it a default choice for large families, and its resale value is among the best in the segment. If you were set on the ZXi+ petrol automatic, this hike is small enough, about 0.77 percent, not to change your decision. The Ertiga's case rests on space and running costs, not on a few thousand rupees at the top end. If you are stretching to reach the ZXi+, though, the VXi and ZXi petrol variants at unchanged prices deliver most of the practicality for a lot less money. Either way, confirm your city's on-road price with a dealer, because road tax and insurance can swing the final figure by well over a lakh.
