Suzuki Hayabusa Special Edition launched in India at ₹19.90 lakh with Pearl Vigor Blue paint, a lighter lithium-ion battery and updated electronics.
Suzuki Motorcycle India has launched the Hayabusa Special Edition at ₹19.90 lakh, ex-showroom Delhi. The flagship sportbike continues unchanged mechanically, but the Special Edition layers on exclusive styling and finishing details that justify the ₹91,000 premium over the updated standard Hayabusa, which is now priced at ₹18.99 lakh.
The Special Edition is offered only in Pearl Vigor Blue and carries dedicated decals, a different wheel finish, anodised components for the muffler end and heat guard, a 3D Special Edition emblem on the fuel tank and a factory-fitted single-seat cowl. The standard bike gets three fresh dual-tone combinations: Gloss Sparkle Black with Candy Daring Red accents, Metallic Galaxy Grey with Candy Burnt Gold accents, and Pearl Brilliant White with Pearl Vigor Blue accents.
| Version | Price (ex-showroom, Delhi) | Key Changes |
| Hayabusa Special Edition | ₹19.90 lakh | Pearl Vigor Blue, decals, 3D emblem, single-seat cowl, anodised parts |
| Hayabusa Standard | ₹18.99 lakh | Three new dual-tone colours, updated electronics |
| Price difference | ₹91,000 | Special Edition premium |
Both versions receive functional updates for 2026. A new ELIIY Power lithium-ion battery is lighter and more compact than before, with better voltage stability under load. The electronic package has been revised as well: launch control and the power mode selector have been updated, and cruise control now stays engaged during clutchless gear changes instead of cancelling the set speed. The 1,340cc liquid-cooled inline-four engine carries over untouched. Suzuki has not announced any mechanical changes, so the riding experience that made this bike a legend stays exactly where it was; for a walk through how the Hayabusa earned that status, see our motorcycle heritage coverage on AUTOINDIA.
If you already wanted a current-generation Hayabusa, nothing here changes the ownership case; the engine and chassis are identical. The Special Edition is a cosmetic and collector play, and ₹91,000 is a fair price for the exclusivity if the Pearl Vigor Blue look works for you. Both versions are available across Suzuki dealerships right now, well timed for festive-season deliveries. More two-wheeler launches and analysis are on AUTOINDIA.
